Job Description

Position Title: Shipping OfficerEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

  • Prepare and manage all required shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
  • Issue DA (Documents against Acceptance) in order for invoices to be kept on track for every shipping transaction as per companys guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
  • Coordinate the booking of cargo space with shipping lines, airlines, or freight forwarders.
  • Determine the most cost-effective and efficient shipping routes and methods for each shipment.
