Job Description

Position Title: Shipping ExecutiveEmployment Type: Full TimeSalary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A Dubai-based contracting company specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise towers and residential projects.

  • Manage the shipping and logistics operations for materials and equipment required for real estate projects
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to ensure smooth transportation and timely deliveries
  • Monitor shipment schedules and track shipments to ensure timely arrival and correct documentation and negotiate with freight carriers to secure competitive rates and service agreements
  • Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and handle the documentation required for imports and exports
  • Liaise with the procurement and project teams to plan shipment schedules in line with project timelines
