Job Description

Position Title:Shipping CoordinatorEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary:up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:ÿDubai, UAEAbout the Client: A well-known scent marketing solutions company that provides integrated solutions by scenting machines &ÿoils imported from the U.S.

  • Facilitate the transportation of products by coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs agents to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Manage all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, export/import documents, and certificates of origin, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth customs clearance.
  • Monitor inventory levels products, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock as needed to avoid delays in shipping.
  • Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.ÿ
