Its success in Dubai has enabled the company to expand its presence to other parts of the UAE, including Jebel Ali, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Abu Dhabi.Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Ship Repair Manager to oversee all aspects of ship repair and new build projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to shipyard operations to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining compliance with regulatory and safety standards.Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage all ship repair project, from initial assessment and estimation to project planning, execution, and final delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure that repair work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and other staff involved in ship repair operations.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are understood and met, and that the repair work is completed to their satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all ship repair work is completed to the highest safety and quality standards, and that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of materials and equipment required for ship repair projects.
  • Maintain all documentation and records related to ship repair projects, including work orders, project reports, and financial records.
  • Continuously review and improve ship repair processes to ensure that they are efficient and effective.
