Job Description

Arthur Lawrence is urgently looking for a ServiceNow SME for a client in Dubai, UAE.ÿKindly review the Job requirements below. Your immediate application will enable us to place you successfully.Must-Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in the development, implementation, and testing of ServiceNow
  • Recent experience working as a ServiceNow SME or Solution Architect or Practice Lead
  • Experience in designing, developing, and configuring ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
  • Experience with troubleshooting and communicating technical or functional issues related to ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of business operations, business processes, project management, and SDLC
  • Provided technical support and guidance to end-users
Nice to Have:
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Six Sigma Black Belt professional certification, or similar
