Job Description

Creative Service Specialist IISr. Creative Specialist responsibilities:

  • Write engaging copy for decks to support senior leadership and the sales team, tradeshow messaging, training documents, videos, print/digital ads, brochures, emails for both internal and external audiences and other marketing collateral as requested;
  • Collaborate with a global team of marketers and sellers to take complex information and break it down into clear, simple language that customers will connect with;
  • Think strategically about how to develop content that will convert and drive customers to take action;
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts to gain key insights that can be converted into content;
  • Contribute and adhere to the editorial brand guidelines to ensure quality and consistency across all content;
  • Translate messaging framework into compelling content to deliver a consistent brand story;
  • Contribute to the overall content strategy, providing new content solutions to support key stakeholders;
  • Work with graphic designers to provide clear direction to bring copy to life.
