1. 3 to 5 years UAE Experience in MEP Contracting Companies in Service Sales & Marketing for MEP Projects & Maintenance Works.2. Sufficient Database for UAE Contractors & Consultants.3. Have the ability to grab each opportunity & generate enquiries from various clients.4. Follow up for quoted jobs till receiving the Job Order from the client.5. Following up closely with contractors/clients for payment collection on time6. Excellent skills for negotiation with customers till finalizing the job & receiving the job orders.7. Fluent in spoken & written English Language & excellent communication skills to present our company.8. Have the ability to review HVAC projects & maintenance jobs prior forwarding to Estimation team.9. Have the ability to do estimation works for small & medium HVAC & Maintenance jobs.10. Good knowledge in various HVAC Systems (DX, VRV, Chilled Water, etc.) to perform site inspections for tender jobs.11. Preparation of costings. BOQ?s & quotations for various MEP & Maintenance jobs.12. Preparation & Submission of Tender Documents on time.13. Achieving the assigned sales target.
