We are looking for an HVAC Maintenance & Service Engineer with the following qualifications:

Verify completion of all routine maintenance and repairs, replacement, and renovation projects.
Liaises with suppliers and contractors to obtain correct supplies and to ensure proper implementation of contracts.
Developing maintenance budgets, Negotiating, and verifying maintenance contracts and supplier invoices.
Ensures that maintenance & repairs performed by contractors are executed in accordance with agreed health and safety policy, contracts, fees, or charges.
Review all daily logbooks and highlight outstanding and recurring problems.
Assesses manpower requirements.
Follow prescribed safety procedures for personnel and equipment by Dubai Municipality standards and Civil Defense standards.
Experience in planning maintenance operations.
The ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
