JOB OBJECTIVE:The service crew is responsible for leading and supporting all of the store operations in an efficient and professional manner.He/she is responsible for working in the day-to-day store operations, maintaining high store standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent fast, efficient, and friendly service ensuring a Total Quality Experience for our customers and staff.The service crew creates the tone and personality of the store by being a role model and by being an advocate of excellent customer service and product knowledge, by encouraging safe work practices, and by showing demonstrated commitment to our company policies and standards.
