Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Service Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day relations with our clients. The Services Coordinator will be responsible for collecting information on how to best serve clients. You will report directly to senior management and work closely with different role players, e.g. teams within the organization, vendors, and customers.

  • Logging In all customer after-sales complaints
  • Preparing quotation forms for customers regarding related service jobs
  • Collecting? post-service feedback from customers
  • Assigning the tasks to the Service Engineers in coordination with Service Manager
  • Keeping track of Services Engineers daily activity?
  • Fulfilling any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the management?
