Job Description

About the PositionWe have an excellent opportunity for experienced?Service Advisor?who?will drive and develop Material Handling Equipment Service business.?Reporting to the Aftersales Manager you are expected achieve the following:

  • Ensure customer retention through sales of SMC, RMC and parts supply
  • Growth in additional (Non-Franchise) equipment CPUS
  • Sales of add-on?s (Specialist equipment) for existing customers
  • Control of Work in Progress (WIP) & correct JC creation and closing
  • Efficient & accurate scheduling of mobile-service technicians by geographic territory
  • Maintains an active customer profile database to ensure all relevant details are up to date when required for analysis or campaigns
  • Conducts regular surveys to assess business requirements and maintain healthy relationships to ensure top customer satisfaction levels
  • Achieve/Exceed monthly/annual sales target while maximizing the profitability by focusing on net sales.
  • Submission of daily call reports indicating the daily visits made to existing customers and new customers
  • To ensure that WIP is closed within the target month
