Management of Customer Service Inbox, ensuring all emails are processed appropriately and promptly.Answering inbound Customer Service calls courteously and professionally, dealing with each effectively and efficiently. Processing of work orders-creation of sales order on sage systems.Processing of sales orders on Sage.Resolving general sales orders queriesScheduling Management of engineer appointment via the Tesseract diary, ensuring both customers and engineers are notified approximately of upcoming site visits.Assessing incoming works, ensuring they are dispatched to the appropriate internal personnelInterfacing with sales Executives to ensure correct order procedures are followed.Answering customers fault calls-logging, closing and dispatching on Tesseract System.Receiving customer complaints and escalating to Line Manager when necessary.Raising sales enquires on Tesseract and dispatching those enquires to the relevant personnel.Miscellaneous Customer Service duties as and when required i.e. invoice generations, contact maintenance etc.Work closely with all internal departments to ensure resolution of all work tasks.Lists customer concerns, and clearly describe them on the repair order.Estimate costs and completion times at point of sale.
