  • Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome to the workshop.˙˙˙
  • Listen to customer concerns and complaints about their vehicles performance, identify problems, and recommend appropriate repair or maintenance services.˙
  • Schedule appointments with customers and ensure that their vehicles are serviced in a timely manner.
  • Provide technical advice to customers including accurate estimates for repair costs, including parts and labor
  • Keep customers informed of the status of their repairs, including any unexpected delays or additional repair that may be needed
