Responsibility for design and liaisonwith the Client. Explaining design concepts, criteria and various otherdesign aspects as may be required by the Client.All time availability for consultation by the Client.Duties is to propose a set of adaptive strategies and design solutions to manage floods and storm water in the city from the perspective of an architect and urban planner and toshare in preparing a complete state of-the art of measures andexperiences to minimize the risk of flooding and provide co-benefits to Climate Change such as fresh water storage, biodiversity, water treatment, quality public spaces.Propose alternatives to the traditional defensive approach offlooding prevention by implementing measures that provide other benefits for cities against Climate Change.Build the relationship between city layout, street design, buildings,landscape patterns and drainagesystem, and develop a sustainable road drainage systemMinimum QualificationMaster?s degree from an accredited urban or regional planning program and a minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
