We make every effort to review and respond to every application.Job Purpose: UI / UX (user interface & User experience) designers are responsible for improving the users experience of using a ?Group? Websites and digital systems, such as making it easier to use and increasing the websites visitors/customers, enhance the end user usability for all in housing developed systems as well as participating in ?GROUP? products marketing campaigns. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with developers, IT, Business Units, marketing team and designers to ensure seamless design and successful implementation of UI/UX best practices across all ?Group? digital platforms.Principal Accountabilities1.????????Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Group Marketing, Concerned BU & IT 2.????????Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps3.????????Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets4.????????Build page navigation buttons and search fields5.????????You will be required to help deliver a first-class user interface.6.????????Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams.7.????????Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).8.????????Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.9.????????Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like10.??????Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders11.??????Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)12.??????Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback13.??????Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and image14.??????Responsible UI/UX on All ?Group? systems, websites commercial and non-Commercial15.??????Align ?Group? branding across systems and websites.
