Job Description

Our ClientOur client is a pioneering Fintech company, a passionate advocate of financial inclusion that connects any smartphone owner into the formal financial systemYour Responsibilities

  • To manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle which includes; designing and implementing hiring strategies in terms of sourcing, interviewing, selection and offer management
  • Creating an exceptional candidate and hiring experience
  • Lead a kick-off meeting with the hiring manager to create a take a full job brief, create a structured interview process, and agree on timelines
  • Source and attract candidates by posting to job boards and social media, use of candidates databases, and other appropriate media;
  • Employer branding and talent attraction strategies
  • Interview, screen and evaluate candidates? resumes and create a shortlist
  • Coordinate interviews and all logistics with the interviewing team
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to trace hiring activity from job posting up to selection and job offer;
  • Perform background & references screenings;
  • Prepare offer letters, recruiting reports and other staffing administration functions as needed;
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts;
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
Your Qualifications
  • 5 years + of proven and professional recruiting experience is required, ideally for a high growth tech company.
  • Solid ability and experience in conducting structured interviews and assessing techniques
  • Experience working with an ATS such as Lever, Greenhouse, etc.
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities
