KEY RESULTS ACCOUNTABILITIES# Applies business process improvement practices, to reengineer existing information security services, channels,and technologies business processes. Conducts As-Is assessments, defines To-Be processes, identifies issuesand risks involved and gather consensus from involved Departments on the implementation.# Identifies bottlenecks with existing information security services, channels, and technologies processes anddefine how TSG can help address bottlenecks and issues.# Works closely with Information Security Manager to develop and validate information security services,channels, and technologies that support end-users business cases and ensures compliance with RTA enterprisearchitecture standards# Facilitates Proof of Concepts (PoC?s) in coordination with corporate architecture team to demonstrate to userusers how information security services, channels, and technologies address their requirements# Develops high-level implementation plan, data migration and cleaning strategy for information securityservices, channels, and technologies in coordination with users and project managers.# Supports Application Governance Quality Assurance team in developing test cases based on businessrequirements to be used during user acceptance testing phases of the projects# Acts as the first point of contact for any clarifications and disputes pertaining the project scope during theinformation security services, channels, and technologies planning and execution phases.# Escalates issues/risks, and present periodic reports including strategy studies for improving the informationsecurity services, channels, and technologies processes, measure and report success factors and satisfactionlevel of users, customers to be based upon key performance indicators and benchmarks.# Performs other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate# Understands the business strategy and work with the Information Security Manager to develop business casesand initiatives and present them to agencies and sectors# Identifies key performance indicators and develop cost/benefit analysis to forecast and measure informationsecurity services, channels, and technologies benefits.# Captures and documents information security services, channels, and technologies business objectivesand functional requirements and translate them into requirements and solution definition documents in acomprehensive, meaningful and well-structured manner.# Ensures that information security services, channels, and technologies end solution aligns with businessstrategy.# Produces detailed business use cases, system use cases, entity relationship modelling, function hierarchydiagramming and process modelling, function to entity mapping and attributing the entities etc# Ensures that future phases of information security services, channels, and technologies, agency specific andgovernment initiatives in terms of new service and delivery channels are effectively planned.# Researches information security services, channels, and technologies trends both in terms of businessapplications and process automation.# Solicits and evaluate Information Security services, channels, and technologies requests to determine costfeasibility research and identify options and recommend solutions that best serve business needs across theRTA.Education# Bachelor degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent from recognized university.Skills# Goal-driven leader who maintains a productive climate and confidently Performing research activities to gather information on latest developments in technology for businessimprovements.# 6 years of working experience# Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications.# Developing business cases for various business needs of RTA.# Exceptional listener and communicator who effectively conveys information verbally and in writing.# Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamliningcomplex work processes.
