That?s why all our employees enjoy access to dynamic career opportunities across different fields and industries.Are you ready to help us make the future?We currently have an opening for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist in Prague.Reporting to the Center of Excellence (COE) Plastics Director of Strategic Sourcing, this position is responsible for the supply basis management ($125M spend), negotiations and execution of global strategic projects. On top of that, this person will support all Strategic Business Groups (SBG?s). The candidate will utilize total cost of ownership models to manage suppliers, negotiate contracts and leverage Honeywell?s spend across all the SBG?s.Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist Responsibilities

  • Manage and build constructive relationship and partnership with key Rubber, Plastic and Resin suppliers.
  • Manage supply basis and support supplier selection and strategy development.
  • Build partnership with SBGs and business partners to facilitate projects execution.
  • Identification and development of new best in class suppliers.
  • Support NPI projects by guiding the supply strategy and supplier selection for all projects.
  • Execute RFQs and support HGR and Tail Spend consolidation projects.
  • Manage and have QBR with regional key suppliers.
  • Support Global Category Leaders and conduct regional negotiations aiming productivity and AWPOT improvement.
  • Resolve chronic supply issues by identifying root cause and work on an action plan.
  • Drive world-class performance from supply base.
  • Work with SBG sourcing and procurement teams to achieve lowest total cost, continuous quality improvement, and on-time delivery.
  • Work with Global Category Leaders to assure a coordinated commodity strategy exists across the enterprise around the world.
  • Ensure global policy compliance.
