Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a talented Data Scientist with a specific skill set in fine-tuning Arabic Text to Speech models. This role is central to our mission of delivering high-quality, naturalistic Arabic speech synthesis using cutting-edge AI technologies.Key Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in developing and fine-tuning Arabic Text to Speech models, ensuring natural and cultural accuracy.
  • Adapt open-source Large Language Models for specific applications in the Arabic language context.
  • Perform comprehensive data analysis and rigorous testing to enhance model performance.
  • Collaborate with our diverse team to integrate these models seamlessly into our products.
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI research, particularly in open-source LLM, speech synthesis, and Arabic language processing.
  • Contribute to the entire lifecycle of model development, from initial research to deployment and ongoing optimization.

Initially this role will be delivered remotely, however you must be willing to travel to Riyadh and/or Dubai for extended periods if required, and capable of working 40 hours per week, 9am-5pm GST.
