The OpportunitySenior Specialist, D365 Developer oversees and directs the day-to-day Codes and releases from a technical point of view, create, revise the code and packages deployed, ensuring services work reliably and securely, help maintaining and developing the system, review the technical integration and help supporting it.The candidate must be an ongoing/lifelong learner and willing to continue to learn new technologies as the job demands.Key ResponsibilitiesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿManage Microsoft Dynamics365FO applications for a single or multiple business units and can support and troubleshoot the technical needs for these units within the product, with the help of the support tools.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿPerform day-day support activities on D365F&Odeployement packages and code released.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAct as the face of the technical department and provide technical support to consultants and project managers.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿHand off to external partners for dealing with more complex problems, tracking resolution.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿUnderstanding and executing application lifecycle management best practices for promoting customizations & configuration update.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿConducting code-review, and writing new programs conforming to Dynamics 365FO best practices and standardsúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿContribute to system development work on an as needed basis.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProviding detailed technical and functional documentation.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿTroubleshooting and fixing system defects and performance issuesúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿProviding support and advice to non-technical users.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿRunning client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAd-hoc tasks as and when required by your team lead.
