  • Assisting the head chef in planning and supervising the food preparation process.
  • Overseeing the kitchen staff and ensuring that they follow recipes and food safety standards.
  • Preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards set by the head chef.
  • Ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to a high standard of quality and taste.
  • Managing inventory and ordering food supplies to ensure that the kitchen is fully stocked.
