Senior Solutions ConsultantSummaryAs a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be supporting Sales Directors at the forefront of the engagement effort for the new Sales process, from Solutioning perspective. You will be pivotal to the development of solution proposal and Proof of Concepts (PoC). Under the guidance of Enterprise Solutions Director, identify business and use cases and develop solutions that best fit them. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of their business landscape.Duties and Responsibilities To work as key part of sales organization in order to support a heavily led consulting sale. Support customer workshops on our product portfolio for high touch Potential Clients. Do discovery sessions with Potential Clients to determine the strategic and business context, organization context, existing performance management practices, system landscape and high level technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution proposal. Managing high-quality responses to RFPs and RFIs. To structure and produce compelling solution proposals outlining the business value and benefits to be delivered to clients by using our solutions. Builds productive relationships internally and externally, fostering teamwork by keeping colleagues and stakeholders updated on activities. Manage pending sales situations from a solution consulting perspective, working along with Sales Directors and Regional Sales Managers providing all support for achieving success in sales. Identify business drivers and risks. Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirements, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery. Partner enablement ? provide trainings and workshops for partners and Alliances. Assist and establish product/solution knowledge base in team. Required Education and Experience Bachelor?s degree from an accredited institution. MBA or other advanced degree would be an advantage. Overseas study would be an advantage. Up to 3 years of working experience including tenure in top-tier management consulting, performance management domain, or analytics-based domain. Experience with Microsoft Office application is required. Experience with enterprise systems is required, particularly in HR management systems, strategic management systems and business intelligence is preferred. Experience with systems implementation or integration is preferred. Required Competencies 3-5 years? experience in a presales/ solution role. Highly skilled problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical). Demonstrate Structured and Logical Thinking. Entrepreneurial and creative with a strong interest in delivering value to clients. Demonstrate strong Business Acumen. Superb communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to people at all levels. High level of integrity, empathy and resourcefulness when it comes to working with clients and colleagues. Ability to project confidence and is comfortable in engaging senior level management. Strong aptitude to learn. Ability to work independently, yet strong team player. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks/projects. Ability to understand and apply performance management or advanced analytical solutions in different client context. Must be fluent in English; knowledge of other language will be advantageous. Tech savvy. Demonstrate Results driven orientation. Possess strong Customer focus aptitude. Knowledge in Performance Management is preferred. Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is advantageous. Knowledge in Behavioural Science is advantageous. Knowledge in Data Science and Analytics is advantageous. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am. to 6:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
