Overview:˙The Senior Site Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing various aspects of fit-out projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. They are responsible for coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning:˙Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Site Supervision:˙Oversee day-to-day operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management:˙Provide leadership and guidance to site engineers, technicians, and laborers, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring optimal performance.
  • Quality Assurance:˙Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
  • Progress Reporting:˙Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and any potential issues or delays, providing regular updates and reports.
  • Coordination:˙Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve technical queries, manage deliveries, and address any on-site challenges.
  • Cost Control:˙Monitor project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure that the project stays within budget constraints.
