Senior Site ArchitectJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Oversee and manage all architectural aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.•Ensure that the construction aligns with the approved architectural drawings, specifications, and design intent.•Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team, including contractors and subcontractors.•Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards and building codes.•Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and other architectural documentation.•Resolve any architectural-related issues or conflicts that arise during construction in a timely and effective manner.•Liaise with the design team, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.•Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, progress updates, and change orders.•Monitor project budgets and schedules related to architectural elements.•Ensure adherence to safety regulations and environmental guidelines on site.•Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects and site engineers.Requirements :•Bachelors degree in Architecture.•Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and construction, with a focus on site supervision.•Extensive knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Dubai, UAE.•Strong understanding of architectural design principles, construction materials, and methods.•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.•Proven ability to manage and resolve complex architectural challenges on construction sites.•Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant architectural software.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.•Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
