What you will doThe Senior Operation Analyst is a key role directly reporting to the Service Excellence Director for the Middle East region. You will be based in Dubai and responsible for implementing and analyzing the Field Operations KPI?s for the Middle East and Africa Region.You will be focus in the data analysis that our Field Operations Team provide on a daily basis, to be able to develop and prepare the KPI?s dashboard and do meaningful analysis on root causes and actions to be taken. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant and positive environment that provides you the chance to show your skills and increase your experience.How you will do itAs an Operations Analyst you will need to be in touch with the Field Operational Teams in GCC, Turkey and Africa. You will be preparing the KPI?s reporting on a weekly basis and doing analysis of the results, you will need to support on the implementation of new operational tools in coordination with all involved departments and be with a focus on root cause analysis of issues and actions to be taken.
