A Senior Security Operations Manager ? Emirati Nationals only (due to Client?s Emiritisation quota), is urgently required by a leading multinational Oil and Energy giant, based in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the security operations function and oversee the management, monitoring and operations of infrastructure and applications security in order to maximize service availability and performance and achieve the set SLA targets.Principal AccountabilitiesStrategy/Governance?Manage the monitoring and operations of infrastructure and applications security in order to ensure maximum service availability.?Ensure the timely provision of data and reports to the IT Service Delivery Head and recommend strategic improvements in order to support in planning, decision making and continuous improvement of security operation services.Operational?Lead periodic reviews and testing of the application landscape and backend infrastructure in order to ensure that no security threats are uncovered.?Lead security operations technology evaluation and selection.?Ensure adherence with all defined service levels and system performance targets.?Available 24x7 to respond for business or IT operation team calls and attend urgent incidents with IT emergency team on site.Education?Degree: Minimum Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business field or equivalent.?Required professional certifications at least one ofIndustry certification in cyber and security management (CISSP, CRISC, CISM, CSOCA).?Preferred professional certifications: IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL, etc.), project management (e.g. PRINCE II, PMP, etc).Experience?13+ years of Information Technology experience.?5+ years of relevant working experience.
