The Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth in the freight sales. They play a crucial role in generating leads, converting them into successful business deals, and maintaining strong client relationships for consistent business success and maximizing profitability for the organizationResponsibilitiesIdentify potential leads, engage in effective lead generation activities, and convert them into successful business deals using strong negotiation and persuasive skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and cultivating long-term relationshipsBuild and maintain strong client relationships, onboard new clients seamlessly, nurture existing accounts to maximize satisfaction and loyalty, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client retentionEffectively coordinate sales activities, reconcile customer information, generate and present regular MIS reports to management, ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals, and accurately update sales details in the FRESA system for comprehensive client updatesParticipation in weekly sales meetings with the sales manager.Working towards better mobility and independence.
