You are motivated by winning the deal and we expect you to be the driving force in customer contact and negotiation, creating value through competitive order fulfillment and error-free operations to our existing and potential clientele. With reference to one of our Team Leaders, you will become part of a strong team. The position is based in Dubai.Key responsibilities:* Meet and exceed the sales revenue and profitability goals for your area. Provide competitive sales quotes to ensure maximum benefit for customer and company* Execute order fulfillment in a timely manner, in cooperation with the other functional teams.* Keep customers updated on order status, as well as any other information that is relevant for a healthy customer relationship* Act as the lead contact to the customer base, managing the appropriate coordination to ensure smooth operation at destinationQualifications & requirements:* Minimum high school diploma, however Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or similar is preferred* A minimum of 5 years sales or customer service experience* Familiar with business systems as an integrated part of your business day, e.g. Microsoft Office.* Customer oriented and relations builder* Exhibiting high level of integrity, honesty and respect for company, customers and colleagues* Organized and able to work with deadlines and under time pressure* Fluency in English is a pre-requisite and the ability to converse in other languages an advantageWe offer:You can look forward to a professional and challenging job in a global company with an ambitious growth strategy.
