Senior Sales ExecutiveJob Responsibilities:?Lead and manage the real estate sales team, setting targets and meeting goals.?Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and growth in luxury and off-plan properties.?Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice on real estate investment opportunities.?Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales tactics.?Ensure timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline management.?Mentor and coach team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.?Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with business objectives.Requirements:?5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.?Energetic, assertive, with a strong presence.?In-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai and globally to provide insights to the team.?Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, including off-plan and luxury segments.?Proven ability to lead a sales team and achieve sales targets.?Excellent communication and negotiation skills.?Language Requirements: Arabic, French, Russian, and native English speakers (required).Location : Dubai
