Searching for a Senior Sales Engineer with oil & gas experience for an experienced global organization specializing in the supply of steel products to the energy sector.? Fluent Arabic essential.? Specific knowledge of pipes, valves, fittings and flanges required.? The right candidate should have deep knowledge of the distributor sales side.? Responsible for the United Arab Emirates region.? Must be able to travel.Responsibilities including but not limited to the following:1)˙˙˙˙˙Report to the Division Manager on key issues, market activities, business development, competitors, etc.2)˙˙˙˙˙Assist the Division Manager in the development and implementation of the Sales & Marketing plan.3)˙˙˙˙˙Ensures that sales targets are achieved and regular updates the Division Manager on sales activities.4)˙˙˙˙˙Participate in the development of sales plans and territory targets and monitor progress in all assigned territories.5)˙˙˙˙˙Monitor and updates the Division Manager on upcoming projects in the region.6)˙˙˙˙˙Promptly and accurately process customers? orders and enquiries (including major quotes/tenders, complaints).7)˙˙˙˙˙Ensures proper approval and qualification and keep them up to date.8)˙˙˙˙˙Ensure companys terms and conditions are understood and agreed by the customer.9)˙˙˙˙˙Propose key client strategies, pricing and sales forecasts.10)˙˙˙Ensure payments are collected on time from the contractors in close collaboration with the Finance Department.11)˙˙˙Liaise with major client targets to foster successful business relationships. Follow-up all outstanding enquiries.12)˙˙˙Ensure customer orders are carried out in accordance with clearly agreed terms.13)˙˙˙Conduct periodic market surveys in all territories.14)˙˙˙Regularly update issues pertaining sales in company CRM program.15)˙˙˙Consistent use of ERP and CRM software.17)˙˙˙Strictly observes and implement company policies, rules and regulations.18)˙˙˙Performs other related jobs which may be assigned by the Superior in the area of Sales & Marketing.
