Job Description

Senior Sales Assistant | Retail | Marks & Spencer | UAEOverview of the role:ÿThe Senior Sales Advisors role is to help maximize sales for the store and to ensure that the store and it?s staff provide a first class customer experience.ÿÿWhat you will do:-Description of Accountability:ÿ

  • Help to maximize sales for the store.
  • Ensure minimization of costs by controlling wastage, handling merchandise properly to avoid shrinkage, etc in the store.ÿ
  • Assists customers in locating merchandise and answering a variety of questions concerning general merchandise.ÿ
  • Stocks shelves, counters or tables with merchandise; ensures that visual merchandising guidelines are adhered to and standards maintained.
  • Counts and balances cash register and receipts.ÿ
  • Stamps or attaches price tags on stock.
  • Merchandise and checks tagged prices to verify accuracy referring to price list.
  • Act as the Senior contact in store for customer and any other interactions and lead the staff and direct their activities as briefed by store management.
