Job Description

Our Senior Retoucher is responsible for defining our retouching approach for e-commerce across theGroup, building and leading a team of talented creatives to deliver innovation and excellence across ecommerceand marketing assets. You must have an eye and a passion for retouching luxury fashion imageryacross model and still life.

  • Leading a retouch team of talented creatives across luxury fashion and homeware
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Being the go-to point of contact for retouch governance
  • Achieving commercial goals for multiple brands across the Group
  • Creating efficient workflow processes while mandating quality output, understanding where automation adds value
  • Collaborating with external partners to identify growth opportunities for the Group
  • Nurturing a culture of transparency & accountability
  • Understanding priorities and work well in a busy and pressured studio environment while producingthe highest quality images
  • Upskilling a team of creatives and expanding their photographic capabilities
  • Promoting the Groups industry reputation in e-commerce photography
What youll need to succeed
  • At least 6 years of experience as a retoucher or similar role
  • Have experience working in an eCom fashion retailer
  • Have worked with multiple brands in a busy studio
  • Strong organizational skills and excellent stake holder management
