Job Description

Our client is looking for someone with 5 years management experience in the retail industry to manage two high end confectionary stores in Dubai. The main responsibility for this role is to ensure the efficient running of both stores and managing the staff in a highly professional manner. Someone who can also develop the F&B side of the stores. 5+ years of management experience in the retail industry preferably in the luxury sector, however you must come from the sector that is involved in either retain F&B or chocolate/confectionery.Description:?

  • Ensure the smooth day to day running of two stores
  • Drive sales to achieve targets
  • Organize and distribute staff schedules
  • Review and maintain pricing
  • Manage, mentor, motivate, and develop the team members to achieve retention and higher performance levels
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer services
  • Supervise the operations and logistics of both stores
  • Help to develop sales campaigns and window displays
  • Develop the F&B side of the stores
  • Ensure all products are not past their ?use by date?
