Due to Emiratisation only UAE Nationals with the Family Book can be considered for this role.We are assisting a leading semi-government entity in Dubai in their search for an?Emirati?Senior Recruitment Specialist.?The purpose of this role will be to support the organisation in all recruitment activities.?This will be a varied role using a variety of sources to attract candidates to the organisation, being involved in career fairs, working with reputable recruitment agencies, building a pipeline of talent for a variety of roles at all levels.?You will be expected to liaise with line managers to understand their recruitment requirements, advertise such positions, source and screen candidates, telephone screen candidates, set up interviews and manage the full recruitment cycle.
