Senior RecruiterJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Talent Acquisition & Executive Search: Identify, engage, and assess senior-level professionals in banking, finance, and technology through proactive headhunting, networking, and market mapping.•Client & Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience and providing market insights.•End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.•Market Intelligence & Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging talent pools to provide valuable insights to clients and enhance recruitment strategies.•KPI Achievement & Performance: Work towards quarterly recruitment targets, ensuring successful placements while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.Key Requirements :•Experience: Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in executive search, specializing in banking, finance, or technology.•Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of talent dynamics, hiring trends, and executive search methodologies within the BFSI and tech sectors.•Recruitment Skills: Proven track record of headhunting, sourcing, and placing senior-level professionals in competitive markets.•Client Relationship Management: Experience in managing client accounts, conducting needs assessments, and delivering tailored talent solutions.•KPI-Driven Approach: Ability to work in a performance-focused environment with quarterly recruitment targets and high-quality placement expectations.•Location & Availability: Based in Dubai, UAE, or willing to relocate, with a strong regional network and understanding of the GCC hiring landscape.
