FemaleSalary ? up to AED 6000Location - Dubai Media City?Preferable on a visit visa, expected to join on immediate basis.?Responsibilities:???????Experience in Recruitments 360 process.????????Must have handled bulk hiring and have hands on experience in recruitment process.?????????Well versed with sourcing through various channels.????????Handles client inquiries received thru mails, phone calls, marketed clients, referrals, etc.???????Focus on talent sourcing, candidate identification, networking and relationship building with potential candidates???????Working with recruiters to find applicants to fill open positions???????Assessing candidates based on their background and experience???????Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates???????Finding new talent via cold calls, college campus visits, and job fairs???????Selecting applicants and walking them through the on boarding process???????Tracking applicant details in our candidate database to determine relevant trends???????Researching new opportunities in how the company can find and attract better candidates???????Completing recruiting and hiring processes according to state and federal regulations???????Maintain Candidate Database???????Using applicant tracking systems to help weed through high-volume positions?
