  • Business development to identify new investors and clients.
  • The role includes prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, intermediate negotiation processes ensuring deals.
  • Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame. Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets.
  • Develop new business opportunities in various UAE cities with research, prospecting to get leads to achieve the sales target.
  • Presentation to customers on company`s projects. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating / finalization of deals.
  • Selection of real estate objects from the companys database at the request of clients.
  • Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
  • Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
  • Manage a portfolio of listings, clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
  • Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.
  • Preparing tenancy contract, MOU?s, DLD forms, invoices, receipts, DEWA, EJARI contracts, final tenancy settlement documents, commission documents.
  • Updating Trakheesi on a regular basis.
