Verifying Quantity & Arranging Back up quotation. -Preparation of BOQ for Villa Projects by Quantification of the area & proposing all the requirements for the project as per the client requirement. -Following up with Client/ Main contractor for submitted Quotations. -Working in PTC Post Tender Clarifications to finalise the project after initial quote submission. -Updating cost database for quick reference -Weekly meeting review for Enquiry log & potential projects and follow up of the same. -Creating GD numbers for new awarded projects, Communicating to MD, OM, Finance & Purchase and updating in ERP -Accurate Costing for Awarded projects and getting signed off from MD, OM, & Finance. -Arrange Kick off meeting with site team to handover the project and all details. -Creating Item List and material list for ERP and Upload the same with budget. -Provide Project teams any clarifications with respect to the Project details -Maintaining of UpToDate Enquiry log & Follow up of Submitted Quotes -Maintaining logs of Submitted quotes & potential Projects. -Able to read & understand contract Payment TERMS -Preparation of accurate commercial offer, Priced BOQ for Commercial project. -Verifying Quantity & Arranging Back up quotation. -Preparation of BOQ for Villa Projects by Quantification of the area & proposing all the requirements for the project as per the client requirement. -Following up with Client/ Main contractor for submitted Quotations. -Working in PTC Post Tender Clarifications to finalise the project after initial quote submission. -Updating cost database for quick reference -Weekly meeting review for Enquir ms, scope Inclusion, exclusions, duration, Penalties, Risks -Attending meetings with Clients & Main contractors to close out the commercial part of the project and obtain Order. Discuss payment terms, Performance Bonds, security cheques -Coordinate & Support Post Tender QS and Purchase team for material suppliers & Technical clarification for any awarded job -Continuous Improvement in whatever we do to improve Productivity, Quality & cost -Maintain Confidentiality & Integrity on all Project cost, Budget related issues -Internal management meeting to Review of Potential New Projects and follow up to secure the job. -Discussion of quarterly awarded projects & value and plan for remaining quarters to secure the target value. -Review of Target value vs actual project value secured. -Plan & Target New Projects for 2022 & 2023 so on.
