Senior Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:•Prepare tender and contract documents.•Take the lead in managing, reviewing, coordinating with estimation department, and ensuring the accuracy of all the documents needed for the tendering process including BOQ.•Perform risk, value management, and cost control activities.•Analyze project outcomes and generate detailed progress and cost reports.•Monitor subcontractor performance and manage interim payment processes.•Forecast project costs and track budgetary spending.•Negotiate contracts and collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, and suppliers.•Ensure adherence to legal and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.•Provide expert advice on contractual claims and commercial risks.•Lead the Quantity Surveying team.Qualifications:•Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or a related field.•Minimum 12+ years of experience in the construction industry within the UAE.•Strong knowledge of construction contracts.•Proficiency in cost estimation software Planswift.•Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
