Senior Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Prepare & review BOQs, cost estimates, and budgets•Manage contracts, variations, and claims•Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with budgets•Carry out quantity take-offs using AutoCAD & PlanSwift•Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers•Provide commercial and cost advice to project management•Prepare progress claims, reports, and final accounts•Mentor and guide junior QS staffRequirements:•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering•Minimum 7–10 years’ experience (UAE/GCC preferred)•Strong knowledge of AutoCAD & PlanSwift software•Proficiency in cost management and contract administration FIDIC•Strong Knowledge in FIDIC & POMI•Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
