Senior Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Dubai, UAEQualifications & Requirements:•Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.•Must have 10 to 15 years of UAE Experience of Quantity Surveying in civil or fit out related industry only.•Organized, self-motivated, and creative•Team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile•Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costing principles.•Proficiency in quantity takeoff/preparation of claims & variations/extension of time/final accounts/FIDIC.•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.•Experience in Invoicing (Client and Subcontractor) with back up documents•Knowledge of Oracle Aconex including connected cost.•Analysis and study of Tender documents, drawings, Specification,•Capable of handling meeting with clients and certification of payment•Coordination with planning, procurement, finance and administration cell for necessary documents required for the submission.•Check and certify Subcontractor invoice.•Prepare draft Final Settlement (Client & Subcontractor)•Must be based in UAE.
