Senior Quantity SurveyorJob Location : Dubai, UAERequirements :•Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying, with significant experience in interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality, or similar sectors).•A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) accreditation or equivalent is preferred.•Strong knowledge of both pre- and post-contract quantity surveying.•Expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control.•Proficient in the use of QS software (e.g., CostX, Buildsoft, or similar).•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.•Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.•Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.•Experience in Interior Fit-Out : Proven track record of handling interior fit-out projects is highly advantageous.•Knowledge of Contracts : Familiarity with JCT, NEC, FIDIC, or similar contract frameworks.
