Job Description

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of accurate commercial offer, Priced BOQ for Commercial project.
  • Verifying Quantity & Arranging Back up quotation.
  • Preparation of BOQ for Villa Projects by Quantification of the area & proposing all the requirements for the project as per the client requirement.
  • Following up with Client/ Main contractor for submitted Quotations.
  • Working in PTC ? Post Tender Clarifications to finalize the project after initial quote submission.
  • Updating cost database for quick reference
  • Weekly meeting review for Inquiry log & potential projects and follow up of the same.
  • Creating GD numbers for new awarded projects, Communicating to MD, OM, Finance & Purchase and updating in ERP
  • Accurate Costing for Awarded projects and getting signed off from MD, OM, & Finance.
  • Arrange ?Kick off meeting? with site team to handover the project and all details.
  • Creating Item List and material list for ERP and Upload the same with budget.
  • Provide Project teams any clarifications with respect to the Project details
  • Maintaining of Up To Date Enquiry log & Follow up of Submitted Quotes
  • Maintaining logs of Submitted quotes & potential Projects.
  • Able to read & understand contract - Payment TERMS

  • Attending meetings with Clients & Main contractors to close out the commercial part of the project and obtain Order. Discuss payment terms, Performance Bonds, security cheques
  • Coordinate & Support Post Tender QS and Purchase team for material suppliers & Technical clarification for any awarded job
  • Continuous Improvement ? in whatever we do to improve Productivity, Quality & cost
  • Maintain Confidentiality & Integrity on all Project costs, Budget related issues
  • Internal management meeting to Review of Potential New Projects and follow up to secure the job.
  • Discussion of quarterly awarded projects & value and plan for remaining quarters to secure the target value.
  • Review of Target value vs actual project value secured.
