Senior QS Engineer (Civil)Job Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesJob Responsibilities:•Manage all aspects of the contract administration, cost reporting, and commercial performance of large construction projects.•Prepare, monitor, and evaluate all project cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.•Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents, specifications, and bills of quantities.•Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and other project stakeholders for optimal project outcomes.•Ensure compliance with contractual terms and accurate preparation of interim and final accounts.Requirements:•Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.•At least 9 years of experience in building construction in the UAE.•Strong knowledge of cost control, tender preparation, and contractual obligations.•Experience working with major construction companies in the UAE.•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.•Age below 40yrs
