Our Client: A Leading Real Estate company based out of Dubai is looking for a Senior Property Manager.Your Role: This role will manage a group of apartments, villas, and residential buildings in different locations. The role will manage the leasing and daily operations of the residential property?s portfolio, ensuring they are run smoothly and efficiently, and in line with overall business unit strategy. The Senior property manager will oversee a variety of functions from leasing to holding property inspections, while ensuring the delivery of a compelling tenant experience at each touchpoint. They will ensure that each property maximizes its profits and maintains vendor relationships. Inspect and ensure property repairs/renovations/maintenance are completed on time and budget. Driving and maintaining property rental yields and minimizing vacancy, improving rate and occupancy competitiveness of AUM. Prepare long term and annual asset plans. Ensure financial health of AUM including rent collections. Conduct a comparative market analysis and analyze portfolio performance against competition. Ensure optimizing revenue vs market. Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, conduct audits, and analyze budgets, leases, occupancy metrics, and tenant satisfaction metrics.
