A Minimum of 1-year sales experience.
A dedicated and hardworking professional.
Money motivated & Target Driven.
Ability to work under pressure.
Must have a car and Dubai driving license.
Self-motivated agents.
Strong Lease/Sales Negotiation and Communication skills.
Disciplined and organised.
Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets.
Ability to work independently and as a team, combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
Networking with agents and property Owners/Landlords.
Prospecting properties.
Following company procedures and being a good team player
Good communication to clients on phone or face to face with kind and respectful manner.
This is purely commission based job. ( Competitive commission percentage as per the market)
