Responsibilities:-Professional leadership of the project related team during several project/events-Creation of concepts, new stimuli and ideas along with assessment of their content in the context of client requirements-Pre & post event logistical planning including on-site implementation-Management of project finances, advance payments and real- time invoicing to the client and suppliers-First point of contact for clients in operational sector-Proactive recognition of possible stumbling blocks and appropriate action during stressful phases-Creation and/or verification of pitches, project plans and costings
