Senior Project ManagerJob Location :Dubai, United Arab EmiratesRequirements :•Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (PMP certification is a plus).•Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in the UAE fit-out industry, with at least 3 years in a senior managerial role.•Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval procedures (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.) is mandatory•Proven track record of managing high-value interior fit-out projects successfully.•Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.•Ability to thrive under pressure, multitask, and manage changing priorities effectively.•Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
