Were excited to expand our global footprint with our first international office, Applied AUS, located in Dubai.The Role:As we grow, we?re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Applied AUS team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a skilled project manager who excels in fast-paced and diverse environments. You will be pivotal in shaping a portfolio of large-scale projects, overseeing their successful execution through innovative processes and a forward-thinking industry vision.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed with excellence.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resources, and manage the execution of each phase.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.
  • Manage project risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track and in line with client expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements specific to civil construction in the region.
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, presentations, and proposals to senior management and clients.
