URGENTLY HIRING A EXPERIENCED SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER ˙Full job description˙We are seeking a highly skilled and 10 to 15 years experienced Project Manager to join our team. The project Manager will play a crucial role in the successful execution of complex engineering projects within the real estate and development industry.The role will focus on the following functions:Project Planning and DesignProject Execution and MonitoringDocumentation and ReportingQuality Assurance and ComplianceStakeholder EngagementPrepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor the assigned engineering projects.Monitor compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications.Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnels performance), and report regularly on project status.Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.Qualifications:Extensive background in real estate development in Dubai, with a deep understanding of industry practices and processes.Salary range AED10,000 - AED15,000Location: Business bay
